this forum is intended to support and information about our products and services.
There are some simple rules:
- Search before you ask
This can save a lot of time for you - and work for us
- Be specific and clear! Post as much information as possible
The more information you provide the better the answers will be
- Be friendly - Never Post:
Negative comments on any country, race, creed, religion or culture as they are strictly forbidden.
Any post containing or considered to be foul language, flaming action, false statement, profanity, violence, horror, criticism, sarcastic remarks, racism, sexual discrimination, animal cruelty, offensive, evil, disturbing, nuisance, or not beneficial to other members of our board, will be deleted immediately and appropriate action taken.
- Posts are to be made in English (or German) ONLY.
Posting in German has some restrictions:
A lot of members may not speak German.
The staff probably will answer in english.
- Read and Comply to All Sticky's and Board News!
Administrators and SuperModerators make announcements and Sticky’s containing guidelines on how to act in specific forums. You are also expected to follow those carefully.
- No bumping of requests!
If you got no response within one week (should never occur - except for scheduled holidays) you may push your post once.
Warnings:
- Editing of posts
Staff Members are entitled to edit and correct any posts containing violations of our rules!
- Deleting of posts
If you wonder why your post was deleted, study the above rules!
- Complaints about decisions
Never start discussions about issued warnings etc. within threads!
If you feel yourself misunderstood or similar, then always contact staff through PM.
Public complaints and discussions of staff-decisions will be deleted immediately!
Staff decisions are final.
